Ahoy there!

Thanks for navigating your way to my blog. I hope you are up to the challenge of following me on my adventures as I search the corners of the globe to satisfy my passions for service, people and cultural serendipity.

I am currently embarking on my most challenging and exciting voyage as a Masters International student and Peace Corps Volunteer. After two years of graduate school at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, I am completing my MA in International Development as a Community Economic Development Volunteer in Encarnacion, Paraguay where I swash buckle with community groups, young entrepreneurs, NGOs, social enterprises, the Paraguayan government and other civil society institutions to turn the tides of development toward positive change.

Arrrrgh, it feels good to be a pirate in Paraguay.
